Where do I find cosplay cases?
They drop as cases from trash piles, like figurines. There is no confirmed fixed location; the August 22 patch increased their find chance.
Who wears the outfits?
The achievement name "A Gift for Jenny" ties the outfits to Jenny, the dump-site owner you take orders from. We will not spoil the reveal beyond that.
